Choottuvelil Guest house is affordable short term rental house / vacation house situated at Kottayam. It is fully furnished and well maintained, available on daily/weekly and monthly on short term basis. It is managed by Mr.Sabu Mathew and Ms.Aniamma Mathew who are residing the ground floor of the house. We are in the homestay service for the last 10 years and is accredited by Tourism department of Kerala. It is situated very near to M.C Road and has access to Railway station (1 km), Bus station ( 2 km ), Hospitals, Churches, Temples, Mosques, Shopping Malls, Hotels etc. It is not very far from Kumarakom, one of the most beautiful backwaters in Kerala. The ambience and the location of the Guest house makes it a suitable option for variety of travellers specially NRI's for their vacation.

We offer fully furnished 3 BHK first floor of our home with independent entrance and car parking. All three bedrooms are bath attached with hot water facility. Two of the bedrooms are air conditioned. Well furnished kitchen with facilities for self cooking, Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Water Purifier, Cooking Gas, Utensils are provided .

We provide the best customer services like 24 hours room service. We also provide Television with Asianet cable connection and free Wi-Fi internet connection. Inverter with battery backup is provided for power failure. There is no shortage of water, 24 hours water supply ( Well Water) is available. For the comfort of the guest we arrange Rent a Car, Airport pickup and drop, Servants on call etc.. All of the available amenities ensure your stay is enjoyable an free from any hassles.
